Ascent Solar...a US stock in NASDAQ..on 25th Aug, it announced a shares consolidation Corporate action and the XD is on the 27Aug....investors will have 1 fking day to take notice of the corporate action.?how is that possible? Eventually, a lot of short sell was witnessed. Investors panick sell their US shares thinking that they made more than 1000% on a single day.... I doubt the corporate governance of the nasdaq to allow such dirty manoeuvre on the company. So, do becareful when selling your stocks especially. Do your homework and check for possible shares consol especially when it is too good to be true.. perhaps, nextime we will take note and turn buyers when such dirty tricks are witnessed....share price spike around 50% in a day..expecting more to come for buy in....
